Installation & Maintenance Surveys

At C&K Fitzpatrick we believe that a good installation begins with good design and specification. We have built up extensive knowledge within the company and with our partners to provided unparalleled competence on site. We can assist customers during new-build design stage right through to operation or modification of the plant. We can identify problems and work closely with our customers and suppliers to overcome these issues, resulting in optimisation of the plant.

C&K Fitzpatrick have developed their own in-house online application specifically for conveyor maintenance. This allows us to survey plants marking out conveyors with QR codes providing an instant reference point. This reference allows customer to order belts with a single reference code, reassured that the belt has been checked and specified by one of our conveyor belting engineers. This allows extremely rapid turnaround in an outage situation as the details are already accurately known, ready for production.

C&K Fitzpatrick also use this technology to carryout fault finding and optimisation surveys. A simple walk of the conveyor line by a skilled engineer can identify and areas where improvements can be made, or risks may be present. These are all detailed in a photographic report allowing us to quickly and accurately convey the information; we can then call upon the leading manufacturers in the appropriate field to design an efficient solution.
