Flexco Bolt Plate was the original heavy duty fastener and is used throughout the world as the everyday fastener for both joints & repairs. Bolt plate consists of two plates (top and bottom of the belt) which are bolted together to provide a strong and reliable joint. Flexco have a wide range of metal versions as well as vulcanised plate rubber topped versions with options available for every application. Bolt plate excels in high wear environments as there a no moving parts and the clip can be specified in MegAlloy hardened steel for even longer lifetimes.

Flexco Rivet Hinge is the ultimate solution to getting running quickly. Rivet Hinge allows you to fit a section of metal hinge to each end of the belt securely fixed self-setting rivets. Widely used in the recycling industry, belts fitted with Rivet Hinge can be pre-made and simply pulled on and fitted with a hinge pin. Rivet hinge is ideal for fast paced environments where belts must be installed quickly and reducing downtime is critical.

- Flexco Staple Hinge

Flexco Staple Hinge is the lightweight equivalent of Rivet Hinge. Staple hinge is suitable for light belts in both rubber and PVC and uses staples to secure the hinges into the belt. Staple hinge is a versatile system for belts from 1.5-6.4mm with simple low cost tooling. Staple Hinge rapidly installs providing a strong and low profile joint which is also suitable for small drum diameters

Flexco Alligator Lacing is one of the original fasteners and still has it’s place as a very simple fastener joint for lightweight belts. Alligator lacing can be installed using a installation tool or simply with a hammer and basic tools, making it the ideal solution for occasional use.
