Quarry & Mining

Initially our primary market, the Quarry and Mining industries remain at the core of our business today. We stock conveyor belting suitable for all applications from the very heaviest primary rock down to dust conveying.

 

We offer the internationally respected brands of Dunlop Conveyor Belting, Flexco Belt Fastener, Gurtec Conveyor Rollers along with many other high quality products. These leaders of their industries supply cutting edge products as the result of extensive research and development.

Processing/Chemical

Processing and Chemical industries cover a wide range of products including cement, power generation and fertiliser industries. In these industries, conveyors become a key part of the wider process which is often run on a 24 hr basis. Service is paramount within the recycling industry and we cater for this with large and varied stocks, a fast comprehensive in-house jointing service, and full site jointing availability, giving us the ability to provide you with complete belts within hours. We can also supply these belts pre-manufactured with Rivet Hinge fasteners, enabling the belt to be fitted with a minimum of stripping and downtime.

Agriculture

The agricultural industry has its own specific requirements, and we cater fully for these needs. Along with traditional belting products, we supply specialised belts for harvesting equipment, balers, food quality belting, and washing belts. We can also supply new sheeting for horse-walkers, matting for cattle-beds, yard scrapers and shredded rubber for arenas and tracks.

Dunlop Conveyor belting is manufactured in The Netherlands using the latest and most efficient equipment to minimise the environmental impact, whilst producing conveyor belting capable of outlasting spurious materials by many times. We believe that the correct belt should be specified for each job to ensure that these lifetimes can be achieved potentially saving tons of scrap material in each application. New constructions such as Ultra X are designed to use less materials and energy in production whilst further extending service lifetimes, helping to further reduce the everyday impact on the environment.
