Conveyor Maintenance 

Even the best products will fail prematurely if they are not maintained correctly. C&K Fitzpatrick can help our customers to achieve maximum value by helping to maintain good operation throughout their lifetime. Simple small fixes help to keep the entire system in optimum condition limiting wear, improving performance, and increasing up-time.

We will use our in-house developed application to build a history of maintenance on your conveyor system. Each element of the conveyor system can be individually logged with events recorded along with photos for easy reference. Recurrent problems or shorter than average lifetimes will be flagged so that we can review the current installation to see if there is a better solution possible.

Maintenance works are always carried out by our own belt fitters who have been highly trained across a wide range of skills. This maintenance can be something as simple as roller changing, right though to remedial works to improve tracking, spillage, or loading. Because our fitters have extensive experience of working exclusively on conveyors, they have built up an in-depth knowledge of conveyor systems. This allows them to quickly assess and tackle any problems in the most appropriate manner without having to resort to trial and error.

We can also carry out maintenance work during the belt fitting process if we are informed beforehand; this way the entire job can be carried out by one crew in one call, leaving the conveyor in good condition and ready for production.
